Welcome to the 2019 - 2020 school year! Olmito is committed to providing an educational foundation for all students that promotes social skills, academic growth, respect and kindness. Our beautiful campus is well known for accomplishing high academic success year after year. We proudly offer eighteen different student clubs before and after school from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Each day begins with our school pledge: “I’m an Ocelot, I am respectful. I’m an Ocelot, I am kind. I’m an Ocelot, I do hard things. I’m an Ocelot, I don’t give up. I’m an Ocelot, HEAR ME ROAR!”

Thank you to the many students, staff, parents and community members who have contributed to our legacy since 2004. To our current students and staff, have a wonderful school year!

Greetings and welcome to the 2018-2019 school year. I am ecstatic to be part of the administration team here at Olmito Elementary in the capacity of Instructional Officer. I have been very blessed to have been a part of the Olmito family since the school opened its doors in 2004. Over the years I have seen our community grow and flourish into a Blue Ribbon School. I look forward to many more accolades that our campus will earn with the help of our students, teachers, staff, parents and community. It takes a village to raise a child and I feel honored to be a part of each and every child’s village here at Olmito Elementary. I know we will have a wonderful year!

Respectfully,

Rosemary Martinez
